The University's mission statement includes a commitment to "...promote diversity and equal opportunity." This web site is designed to provide hiring managers with tools and resources for the recruitment of diverse applicant pools for staff positions. It is also intended to inform staff of the University opportunities available to them through University offices and committees, including Human Resources as they identify and pursue their individual career goals.
